How your order is delivered
After payment you are asked for your store URL, name, email and any specific concerns. We begin your audit within one business day of receiving those details and deliver the completed report, together with a walkthrough video link, by email within 48 hours of receiving them.
Where we deliver
Worldwide. Our services are provided online and are not restricted by location.
If delivery is delayed
If anything prevents us from meeting the stated turnaround, we will email you with a revised time. If we cannot deliver at all, you are refunded in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
